- Memberships are available for all City of Idaho Falls residents (a current Idaho-issued driver's license or Idaho state ID card with a current City of Idaho Falls address, or an Idaho license/ID AND proof of residency in Idaho Falls). People living outside Idaho Falls city limits may purchase a Library membership, which includes a library card, for $120.00 per year; payments can be made in $10 monthly payments or paid in full, and the membership fee covers everyone in the household. For a children's membership (under 18), both the child(ren) and the parent or legal guardian must be present. (source)
