- Who can borrow
- Library privileges are available at no charge to residents of Benton County. Non-residents include all patrons living outside, but adjacent to Benton County. A non-resident fee will be charged annually to all non-residents, which covers all members of the patron's household. The non-resident fee is determined by the library administration.
