Rules: Cannot be renewed. Housed at Civic Center Library but may be reserved online and picked up at any branch location. Each family is limited to one device and a signed user agreement is required at checkout.
Who can borrow: Cards are free for Maricopa County residents. Outside Maricopa County, within the U.S. or Canada, you can still get a Scottsdale Public Library card for $43.00 for a full year or $21.50 for a six-month period. A Visitor Card provides limited access and is valid for three months. You will need to bring a photo ID and proof of current physical address. (source)
